The design of the infrastructure, landscaping and architectural covenants are intended to bring about an environment of innovation, discovery and idea sharing. In addition to the research and office component, local developers have plans for retail, convention, and other lifestyle amenities immediately to the south of the park. Additional residential developments are also planned to support the growth of the area. The site can accommodate over 2 million square feet of office, research and light manufacturing buildings. In addition to walking/biking trails, water features will be developed in an aesthetic and eco-friendly manner.
